Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," or "Player") and 25ph12 ("25ph12," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming website accessible at 25ph12.vip and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related digital services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on 25ph12, accessing any portion of the Platform, depositing funds, participating in any game, claiming any bonus, or otherwise using the services provided by 25ph12, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set forth in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not prohibited from accessing online gaming services under the laws of any jurisdiction applicable to you.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the 25ph12 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You must meet all of the following criteria to legally access the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you access the Platform. This requirement is imposed by PAGCOR regulations governing gambling in the Republic of the Philippines and is non-negotiable. There are no exceptions.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering into contracts under applicable law are prohibited from using 25ph12.
• Single Account: You may only hold one (1) registered account on 25ph12 at any given time. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period, whether imposed by 25ph12 or by any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on 25ph12, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. 25ph12 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify 25ph12 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

Account Ownership

Your 25ph12 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise conveyed to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. Any attempt to transfer account ownership, or to use an account on behalf of another person, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

• Each player is permitted one account per household, IP address, and device. Multiple accounts detected from the same household or IP address may be subject to review and suspension.
• 25ph12 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any time to verify the identity of an account holder.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy fee of ₱100 per month, deducted from any remaining account balance, after notice to the registered email address.

KYC & Identity Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, 25ph12 is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before accepting deposits above specified thresholds. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

To complete KYC verification, you must provide the following:

• A clear, unobstructed photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, SSS card, PRC ID, Voter's ID, or GSIS ID);
• A photograph of you holding the identification document (selfie with ID), taken within the last 30 days;
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or Maya account showing your name and registered number) where required by the compliance team.

25ph12 reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of address, source of funds declarations, or enhanced due diligence materials, in circumstances where standard documentation is insufficient to satisfy regulatory requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified will result in withdrawal restrictions and may result in account suspension.

Deposits & Payment Methods

25ph12 accepts deposits via the following Philippine-supported payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods and ₱500 for bank transfers, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or on the deposit page of the Platform.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. 25ph12 does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits received from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger a compliance review of the associated player account.

Deposited funds are available for gameplay immediately upon confirmation of receipt. 25ph12 does not charge deposit fees on standard deposit methods; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees. The displayed deposit amount in your 25ph12 wallet reflects the net amount received after any applicable provider fees.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified 25ph12 accounts are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit on the account, subject to the conditions below. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱300 unless otherwise specified.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal request will be processed.
• Any active bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements associated with that bonus before withdrawal of related winnings is permitted. Unreleased bonus amounts are not withdrawable.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and account VIP tier. Standard processing times range from immediate (GCash and Maya, verified accounts) to up to 5 business days (bank transfers). VIP tier members at Gold level and above receive priority processing.
• 25ph12 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, per day, and per calendar month, as displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request.
• 25ph12 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawals to Philippine e-wallets. Your payment provider may impose their own transaction receipt fees.

25ph12 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawal requests (exceeding ₱50,000 per transaction) or unusual withdrawal patterns. Such checks are conducted in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations and do not constitute a denial of the withdrawal request where the account is in good standing.

Bonuses & Promotions

25ph12 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, VIP tier rewards, and time-limited event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated as "wagering-free" in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution table for each active bonus is accessible within your account bonus dashboard.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the applicable expiry period (as stated per promotion) will be removed from your account automatically, without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the inactive bonus.
• Maximum Bonus Win Cap: Certain promotions include a maximum total withdrawal amount attributable to bonus-derived winnings. Where stated, winnings in excess of this cap will be removed from the account balance at the time of withdrawal processing.
• Abuse Prevention: 25ph12 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus and associated winnings where we reasonably determine that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated gameplay tools, or systematically exploiting bonus terms through low-risk hedging strategies.

Participation in any 25ph12 promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific promotion terms together with these general bonus terms. 25ph12 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 25ph12 Platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, crash games, and e-sabong — are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

The outcomes of all casino games on 25ph12 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the respective game developer. 25ph12 does not modify, interfere with, or override game outcomes. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 25ph12 Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an account using false, fraudulent, or third-party identity information;
• Registering or operating multiple accounts on the Platform;
• Attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits after the deposited funds have been used for gameplay;
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or misfeatured game configurations to generate winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or poker environments;
• Depositing funds originating from illegal activities;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, self-exclusion measures, or cooling-off periods imposed on your account.

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately for downward adjustments and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for upward adjustments.
• Session Time Limits & Reminders: Players may configure session duration limits and receive on-screen notifications when a specified time threshold has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players who wish to take a short break may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which account login and gameplay will be suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from 25ph12. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. The minimum self-exclusion period is six (6) months.

Account Termination & Suspension

25ph12 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where we reasonably believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purposes;
• The account was registered using false identity information;
• The account holder has initiated a chargeback on a deposit after the funds were used for gameplay;
• Regulatory obligations require us to restrict or close the account;
• The account holder has provided evidence of a gambling problem and continued access would not be in their best interest.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, 25ph12 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification requirements.

Players may close their 25ph12 account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance held in the account will be processed as a standard withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 25ph12 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from the player's failure to secure their credentials;
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity failures, or third-party payment processor errors;
• Losses from gambling outcomes, whether involving casino games, sports betting, or any other gaming product offered on 25ph12;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Losses or damages arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including bonus terms, odds, or game descriptions.

In all cases where 25ph12 is found to bear liability under applicable law, 25ph12's total liability to you shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Disputes & Complaints

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of the 25ph12 Platform — including game outcomes, bonus decisions, payment processing, or account management — you must first raise the matter with 25ph12 customer support via live chat, providing full details of the issue and any supporting evidence.

25ph12 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve it within 14 calendar days. Where a complaint requires extended investigation, 25ph12 will notify you of the extended timeline and the reasons for the delay.

Disputes relating to sports betting outcomes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event result being published on the Platform. Disputes regarding slot or live casino game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant gameplay session.

If you are not satisfied with 25ph12's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory body with jurisdiction over the Platform's operations.

Amendments to These Terms

25ph12 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 25ph12 will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or through a notice displayed prominently on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

The current effective version of these Terms is always the version published on the 25ph12 website, identifiable by the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document. Previous versions are not binding and are maintained for reference purposes only.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 25ph12 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably waive any objection to the exercise of such jurisdiction and waive any right to seek a change of venue on the grounds of inconvenient forum.

The 25ph12 Platform operates under the PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulatory framework. PAGCOR is a government-owned and controlled corporation authorized under Republic Act No. 9487 to issue licenses and regulate gaming in the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
